Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of our materials may result in termination of access without refund and may also result in legal action where appropriate.

Payments

All prices for products, programs, memberships, or services are listed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. Payment must be received before access to digital products, courses, memberships, or programs is granted unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify pricing for our products or services at any time. Changes in pricing will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

Digital Product Access and No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs and the immediate access provided to downloadable materials, meditations, and other digital content, Enchanted Wise Women offers a fourteen (14) day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, you must submit a written request to deborah@enchantedwisewomen.com within the 14-day refund period.

All approved refunds will be issued minus a $40 USD processing and administrative fee, which covers payment processing costs, platform fees, and administrative handling.

After the fourteen (14) day refund period has expired, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

For subscription-based programs or memberships, cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period unless the cancellation occurs within the fourteen (14) day refund window described above.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the refund period or that violate these Terms.

Program-Specific Terms and Refund Policies

Certain programs, retreats, events, or services offered by Enchanted Wise Women may include specific payment terms, refund policies, cancellation policies, or transfer conditions that differ from those outlined in these Terms.

In the event of any difference between these Terms and the terms presented on a specific program, retreat, event page, or checkout page, the terms specific to that offer shall take precedence.

By purchasing or enrolling in a specific program, retreat, or service, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with that specific offering, including any refund, cancellation, or transfer policies outlined at the time of purchase.

Community Conduct

If you participate in any community spaces associated with our programs, including discussion groups, forums, or online gatherings, you agree to interact respectfully with other participants. Harassment, abusive behavior, hate speech, spam, solicitation, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove individuals from community spaces or revoke program access if behavior is deemed harmful to the community or inconsistent with the values of Enchanted Wise Women.
