A double  Sagittarius fueled by freedom, truth, justice, and an absolutely insatiable curiosity. Among other things, my own menopausal transformation liberated my woo-woo side that I once kept hidden. Now I have  a fiery passion to empower women 45+ to embrace midlife and aging on their own terms—stepping fully into the truest versions of themselves.

I have over 25 years of experience in the wellness industry, most recently adding certifications in Forest Therapy Guiding, Nature Connected Coaching & Women Centered Coaching to my education and training.
